What are the light settings?
Three. A steady warm glow, which is the one most people use for night feeds. A gently pulsing light that fades slowly in and out. And a mood light that cycles through colours. Each has its own button and the brightness is adjustable.
How loud should it be, and where should it go?
Keep it well away from the cot, at least 200 cm, and never on the cot rail or inside the cot. Set the volume low, around the level of a soft shower. If you have to raise your voice to be heard over it, turn it down. Use the lowest volume that actually masks the noise you are trying to cover.
Where can I use it besides the nursery?

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. If it has not arrived within a day of dispatch, check your junk folder before emailing us, because that is usually where it is.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched we can usually change or cancel it. Once it is with Australia Post it has to go through the returns process instead.
What if I change my mind after it arrives?
You have thirty days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label the same business day, along with the address.
