What is the BabyHush™ Baby Infant Pillow?

How does it help with tummy time?
Most babies give up on tummy time because holding their head up is genuinely hard at first. A small amount of lift takes some of the load off their arms and neck, which often means they stay on their tummy a bit longer before they have had enough. When can we start using it?
Whenever your baby is comfortable doing supervised tummy time, which varies a lot. Every baby develops at their own pace, so let their strength and interest guide how much you use it, and stop as soon as they have had enough.
Can it be used for sleep, or in the cot?
No. It is for awake, supervised use only. Australian safe sleep guidance is that nothing soft goes in the cot with a baby under twelve months, and that includes this. If your baby falls asleep while they are on it, take them off it and put them down flat.
Where else can I use it?
On a mat or rug on the floor, which is where most people use it, and propped in the pram on an outing so their head is not lolling to one side. Anywhere you are watching them.
How do I keep it clean?
Spot-clean only. Use a soft cloth with a little mild soap and warm water, go gently over the mark, and let it air-dry completely before you use it again.
Keep bleach, harsh detergents and high heat away from it. Do not put it in the dryer, and do not machine wash it unless the care label on your pillow says otherwise.

When will my order be dispatched?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most metro addresses arrive in 5 to 9 business days. Regional and remote addresses take a little longer, and Australia Post gets busier around Christmas and the major sale periods.
Will everything arrive together?
Most orders arrive in a single parcel. Occasionally items travel separately, and if that happens you will get a tracking number for each one so you can follow both.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. If it has not arrived within a day of dispatch, check your junk folder before emailing us, because that is usually where it is.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched we can usually change or cancel it. Once it is with Australia Post it has to go through the returns process instead.
What if I change my mind after it arrives?
You have thirty days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label the same business day, along with the address.
