What is in the BabyHush™ Snuggle & Snooze Bundle?

How long does the machine run, and can I set a timer?
Set the timer to 30, 60 or 90 minutes and it switches itself off at the end. Leave the timer off and it plays continuously until you turn it off. A small indicator shows which setting is running. The 1200mAh battery charges by USB-C with the cable in the box, giving up to eighteen hours on sound alone and closer to five with the light on.
What colours does the plush come in?

Can the plush go in the cot overnight?
No. Red Nose guidance is a clear cot for babies under twelve months, with no pillows, toys or loose bedding. The plush is for supervised, awake settling and daytime naps while you are present. The machine is the only part of this set that stays on while they sleep, and it sits well away from the cot.
How loud should the machine be, and where should it go?
Keep it well away from the cot, at least 200 cm, and never on the cot rail or inside the cot. Set the volume low, around the level of a soft shower. If you have to raise your voice to be heard over it, turn it down.
Can I take them away with us?
Yes. The machine is 105mm across and runs on its battery, and the plush is light. Both fit in a nappy bag for the grandparents’ place, a hotel or a holiday.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched with Free & Fast Delivery. You will get a confirmation email as soon as it leaves us.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most metro addresses arrive in 5 to 9 business days. Regional and remote addresses take a little longer, and Australia Post gets busier around Christmas and the major sale periods.
Will both items arrive together?
Most orders arrive in a single parcel. Occasionally items travel separately, and if that happens you will get a tracking number for each one so you can follow both.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. If it has not arrived within a day of dispatch, check your junk folder before emailing us, because that is usually where it is.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched we can usually change or cancel it. Once it is with Australia Post it has to go through the returns process instead.
What if I change my mind after it arrives?
You have thirty days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label the same business day, along with the address.
